Pick up a face-up card or an ordered run, then drop it on a card one rank higher (or onto an empty column).
New to Spider Solitaire? How to play
- Goal. Build eight runs from King down to Ace. Each completed run is gathered away. Clear all eight to win.
- Moving cards. Click a face-up card to pick it up, then click a column to drop it. You can drop onto any card that is one rank higher (a 9 onto a 10), or onto an empty column.
- Moving runs. Cards already in descending order of the same suit move together as a group.
- Dealing. Out of moves? Press Deal row to add one card to every column — but only when no column is empty.
- Keyboard. Tab to a card, Enter to pick up or drop, Esc to cancel. Shortcuts: U undo, H hint, D deal.
- No pressure. Undo is unlimited, there is no timer, and your game saves itself. Step away and come back whenever you like.
Start on 1 suit (gentle) while you learn the rhythm, then climb to 2 or 4 suits.
